It is so unbelievable that someone would do this to a little guy like Gizmo. I have to say though that although some of this doesn't add up it's not fair to judge these people. For instance, just yesterday, Frankie untied his own rope. He has a 20' rope that is tied in a knot. The rope is tied to the door then he can go in the backyard and play. Thank God my Secretary seen him but at that point he was already loose. Terrible things could have happened. He could have so easily gotten in the road. Very busy road I might add. I just thank God he wasn't hurt. Or abducted. I almost feel like have to defend myself.
I don't think it's right to judge them. It's not fair. They're going through enough.
