Oscar was neutered last thursday - he's 7 mths and 2lbs 9oz - I was scared to death for him. but he came through like a champ!
Are you going in for pre-op blood work the night before. A lot of people strongly suggest this, just to make sure he's in tip top shape for his surgery. Don't be afraid to ask questions - I asked a ton of questions of my vet and they were great about answering everything for me. Make sure they use Isoflurane (sp?)... and you'll probably want to have him hooked up to an IV for the surgery...
