I have had Verizon for about 11 years now, and I have always had problems with the motorola phones. I have been using the LG phones now, and have no problems. I have the LG-VX6100 (it is almost 2 yrs old) and love it!. My soon to be hubby has the LG-VX6100 (newer version of the VX6100) and he loves it also.
