It sounds like the 'wheezing' you are refering too is a reversed sneeze, which is absolutely normal. The problem with your little baby though is that she doesn't it after she drinks, which means should could possibly suck the water into her lungs as she does the reverse sneezing. This could cause many problems, such as pneumonia. I would get her to the vet ASAP and I would also start keeping a log of what she does when she drinks, how many times, etc. It always helps to have a ton of accurate info when trying to diagnose.
