Someone posted about having material for making outfits for the 4th. of July. I was wondering who it was or if anyone else has material that can make two outfits and have it to me by June 28th?

My mom's side of the family pack into my grandparents beach house for the 4th. of July weekend and the town has a big parade..... It's like a few hundred golf carts with people dressed up and throwing out candy and people dress up their dogs also..... MY mom and I would like to dress up our babies and put them in the parade.....
