Yes, you do realize immediately that something is wrong. After reading the back label. Apparently it worse for your eyes. It said in big bold letter if SWALLOWED drink a glass of water and call DR. Figured I spit didn't swallow so I rinsed with a gallon of water, drank another gallon, brushed again and used the REAL listerine. If you guys don't hear from me later I guess I should have called the DR.
