I just painted my bedroom an avocado green color and I love it! It is so warm feeling! The color is Sherwin Williams #8114 SILT and is from their Martha Stewart Signature Collection. You might be able to view the color at sherwin-williams.com. I am painting my kitchen and living room from the same palette of colors - Kitchen is going to be Chopstick #8141 and Living Room is going to be Golden Pearl #8150. I am being daring huh???
Be brave with paint...you can always paint over it. I will warn you about yellow tho...it gets a lot brighter and yellower as it dries so go light in your choice. I used to be a paint contractor and I have seen yellow go bad too many times!
