You can get Capstar from your vet to kill the fleas on the really infested one. Works super fast, like in an hour or so and only lasts 24 hours. Theyn I would treat the entire gang with Frontline or Advantage. I use the Frontline spray, two sprays for long hair, one for short per pound and it works great for a month. It is messier than the topspot but soooo much cheaper. I can treat both dogs for 5-6 months with one $25 bottle. PM me for application questions if you have any...it is really easy. In the meantime, wash him in Dawn or Joy dish soap...it will kill the fleas. Good luck finding them homes.
