 shipping in a puppy
I never purchased a puppy from a breeder, I am looking to do so in Sept. I live in Southern NJ and a lot of breeders are out of state. I would really appreciate if someone could recommend a good local breeder or let me know of one out of state. Is it safe to ship such a small puppy? |
