Uh oh! You should turn it off, then let it dry out, as the liquid could cause further problems if the laptop is still on. Or flip it upside down to get all the liquid out (after turning it off).

If after a few hours or a day, the laptop still has problems, then you would probably need to replace the keyboard. If you have a Dell or other popular laptop, replacement keyboards are fairly cheap on eBay. It's rather simple to replace the keyboard yourself.
