I just spent the afternoon with a friend who painted her office a caramel coffee color~
It looked really nice for a study...kind of cozy
....Since you have the chair rails..you could do the caramel coffee below..and a cafe latte on the top~
I'm sure you will get lots of Yorkie Talk ideas....
But..don't listen to Shana...( I think she prefers Banana colors) lol I think her sewing room is that color!
