If you look at my previous posts concerning pet insurance, you will see how much it has helped. We have had some major and minor incidences since Lola became part of our family. We have the superior plan with VPI also and it costs us about $30 a month. In one claim, we received $455. This was for a $1,200 er visit. Now it may not seem like a lot, but we will end up paying only a little over $300 this year. With this one claim, it has been worth it. We have sent many claims in and they have reimbursed us on very one. We are going to keep it. I think it is a great idea to have it. Even if you think your dog is healthy. I think that peace of mind is important and that you never know when accidents can happen. Good Luck!
