I like Lambert Kay's Fresh 'n Clean Puppy Housebreaking Pads. It has Arm & Hammer in it.
They are super thin and super absorbant and somehow it contains the odor. Jazzies been using piddle pad for 8 years now and this the the best pad I've found yet.
