I think I would have the surgery done. It has a good success rate and postpoing it leads to vision loss. It is also very uncomfortable for the dog. It would be like having a hair in your eye all the time. I don't think it is very common in Yorkies. You might want to find a Sharpei forum because it is very prevalent in that breed. |
