 Cipping puppy coats?
i have Silk in her full coat, Ceeby is growing into his. They are both silky coated and I've never trimmed their body hair length before. BUT, my baby, Dixie, is a cotton coat (I think). Her hair is growing really fast and is thick and pretty. She has a natural wave at the ends of her leg and body hair. My question is this; That wave is where she gets matted and I have to cut them out sometimes. If I give her a puppy cut on her body and cut the waves off, will it grow back wavy or straight?I know it's just puppy hair and I don't know if this will help her adult hair to come in straight or not.
