My Andy didn't have this white foam vomit until after he was 5 years old and he has just recently been showint the signs that Annie did for tracheal collapse.
If he gets excited he begins to breathe fast, then he starts a rasping sound in his throat and he starts to cough. The more excited he gets the worse he gets.
Annie was afraid of storms and she would do this mostly when it was thundering and lightning. My vet gave me a small pill to give her to sedate her when it stormed.
Andy has started to be afraid of storms lately too and he over breathes when it is storming.I feel he has the same thing Annie did.The white foam vomit started after Annie was 5 too.I always wondered if it had something to do with the tracheal collapse,so seeing this same thing in Andy is a great concern for me.maybe one symptom has nothing to do with the other? Maybe the white foam vomit is just signs of an upset stomach but as i said..the day Annie died there was alot of this white foam in the room. |
