My male Artie was $2,950.00, plus shipping $250.00 and he came with ear mites, a respitory infection, infested with fleas & tapeworms and had never been groomed or nails ever clipped @ 20 wks. old. But after his initial Vet. visit..... is now strong as an Ox, an absolute "Angel", a dream to train and understands every word & emotion. The Best dog I ever had so far?
I did get re-imbursed by his Breeder for the Vet. costs of $1,300.00.
My female Abigail, the Breeder was asking $2,000.00, I ended up paying $1,000.00 since I had the cash on me. She was also the largest one in the Litter and she was fighting too much with her Mother and the rest of the puppies. Thank goodness they were gifts.....Artie for my "Birthday" present 2 yrs. ago and Abi for "Easter" last year. Otherwise I would not have been able to afford them. If some thing ever happened to one of them I would not be able to replace them. They are both AKC. Registered and micro-chipped.
Both have incredible champion bloodlines. Luckily I got to keep them after we split-up! The Best thing I got out of my 6 yr. relationship?
