I only get a second opinion when my vet refers me to a specialist. When Cali was being tested for LIver Shunt they told me that the ER surgeon would be the best to have a Liver biopsy done so that she could fix the shunt if necessary. They said they could not do the surgery. I totally trust my vets. |
