I don't have any answers to your questions because I've never dealt with a broken leg but I wanted to say how sorry I am that your dog broke his leg. It sounds like you've taken good care of him and hopefully his recovery will go by fast. Trying to keep a 4 1/2 mo. old puppy calm for a few weeks is going to be quite a chore. I would probably buy a bully stick and let him chew on it. I bought one for Reuger and he just loves it. Maybe he would enjoy being still while he chews. Good luck!!! |
