You know what to do next time, walk like a snob and don't let your baby even look at any other dog, take him to fun places like dog parks to play with small breeds, at least there you might have better chance of meeting better socialized dogs for him to play with.

That woman had no reason to give you a dirty look. I think the mistake a lot of us yorkie lovers make is that we think all other yorkie people are the same as us lol
