That dog sounds like my boxer, and we rarely take him out in public unless we have too. Even in the car hes barking nonstop at other cars, and when he sees people its the end of the world for him. We cant take him out because number 1, we dont want him to attack anyone, and number 2, it's very embarrasing when you have a dog barking and howling nonstop at every little thing.
