Ok, this may sound funny or strange, but I have a really weird question. Can a male dog that has been neutered still get hooked to a female dog that is in heat? I know if he's neutered, it won't produce puppies, but I didn't know if they could actually hook up. This question isn't for me with my yorkies, but for a friend who has a female beagle that is in heat and their next door neighbor's dog got hooked with their dog, but their neighbor told them that he's fixed. So I was curious. Thanks to whoever can help me on this question.
