I just have to jump in here and say that I am shocked that a mall allows dogs in while shopping. Not to mention all of the adults and kids that are allergic to dogs. While I love my baby to pieces I don't like taking him while I shop. That being said people who have agressive dogs shouldn't have them out unless they are controlled very well. it doesn't sound like this one was.
