I trim that hair also. Actually the groomer did last Nov. I had heard that a lot of people left theirs alone and eventually it will lay down. Well it was already laying down so I wasn't too happy when I saw that they had cut it but the more I looked at it the more I liked it. Like Villette said it really opens up those eyes and make them look so big and beautiful. So since then I have tried to keep it cut myself. It is a little scary working so close to their eyes though.
