Welcome to the world of having a puppy! It is a slow,,long process, it just takes alot of time,and alot of repitition! Good luck, everything sounds good that your doing, It just takes time! Bailey wasnt totally housetrained until probably 8 months old,, they have accidents, gotta pay attention, and learn their patterns,, and they will let ya know what they need. It took me awhile to learn his! They teach YOU!
