I have had lots and lots of cats in my lifetime and many, many dogs, but never had any experience with ringworm with any of them. Hope you get an answer to your sweet baby's problem soon. I used to work for a doctor and I have seen ringworm on people before so you are right, it is very contagious and it would seem that you or the other animals would have it by now. So here is hoping it is something simple that your baby will get over very soon.
