i got my yorkie, libby, on friday. she is nine weeks old tomorrow. we have been taking her outside and for car rides, in a puppy pouch, periodically. she does not enjoy it, she seems scared and tries to crawl toward our necks. we want to do it b/c we want a dog that likes to go places. is this too early?

also, we use a baby play pen for her housing. she has a bed, food, water, and the floor is covered with newspaper. she has no idea where she goes to the bathroom. she has even went in my hand while i was holding her. how do i even train her to newspaper since it covers her area? if i just slowly take it away, i don't think she will try to hit it.

she also whines constantly while in the pen, even if it is right next to us. we tried the "no" thing, which worked sometimes, but when we ignore her she just gets louder and louder and goes forever. this is frustrating.
