It maynot be him, but you need to call the station and actually get to talk to a news reporter. Do not fax in information, they have one person sitting at a fax machince and if he doesn't think the informationis intersteing it goes in the trash.
I just heard a speech from a top news reporter in Dallas and I might be able to get him involved if you can't get the Houston news people involved.
