Unhappy Breathing Problem

hello, I'm new here and was trying to figure out what's wrong with my little yorkie and thought I would post here to see if anyone has had a similar problem. Yesterday I brought my yorkie (chloe) outside and she was chewing some grass. She started to cough like she had something stuck, sort of like post nasel drip or something. She has done it before so I wasent too concerned. Now she has been up all night doing it. I tried looking her throat and massaging her neck but it doesnt seem to be working. I'm going to call the vet and bring her in as soon as they open. I'm just hoping to that it isnt a collapsed trachea. Its not the backwards sneeze, it sounds like she is trying to clear her nasal passages and snorting. Thanks in advance.
