I left a message at the groomers - friendly and said I had a grooming question. No call back, I also called a few times later this afternoon and it always go to voicemail. I'm getting a bad vibe about all of this.

The spot looks a lot better. The raised outer edges seems a lot reduced and not as red and the skin in the centre is coming off and the skin underneath seems to look ok.
Does it seem to bother your furbaby? Have you touched it (put gloves on if you haven't already)? Is it sore? Poor baby!
