I received this email from Mary this morning after she and I talked about the fundraiser YT is doing for rescue. I think it is very important that YT members see what the costs are for a rescue organization and can dig into their pocketbooks to help these little ones.

I want to thank you all on behalf of United Yorkie Rescue for the donation
made to help our Yorkies in need.
Just to let you all know: We recently hit a milestone and have now rescued
1003 dogs since our inception. We have spent: $308,424.18 in vetting costs alone. We could never help these Yorkies without generous, caring Yorkie lovers like you!
