We're having Maine Lobster for Memorial day -
Growing up in New England ....after storms....Lobster Pots would wash close to shore -and we'd swim for them - yes it's called poaching sort of
- but let me tell you - when you haul in 12 or so lobsters for an hours work - it's HEAVEN !
