If it is the snap lock kind, you should be able to replace a couple of boards. Thing is, if you don't have enough of the boards left over to replace the damaged ones and the flooring has been discontinued, you will have to replace the whole room. We work a lot of claims that involve laminated flooring and they can't repair it because the pattern is not manufactured anymore! You may have to file a claim with your homeowners insurance and get it fixed that way. It was direct, sudden and accidental and should be covered by your insurance policy. |
