I did not get any papers on her. I have an appointment on next Thursday to see if she is microchipped. The thought crossed my mind to that she might be stolen. Although if someone were to steal a yorkie I don't think they'd give her away.
I was very puzzled by their lack of knowledge too. That is why I decided to take her so at least she wasn't with ignorant people.
