Peanut gallery here. I remember an email thing that went around about cleaning mouse balls...it was hysterical! Also, besides just blowing into it, look at the little contacts in there. If they are dirty a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol will clean it. We went through 3 mouses (mice?) before someone told me that and it works every time.
