Yeah this area has the 3rd worst traffic problem in the country YIKES

Thanks I love the heat I can handle 100+ and the humidity doesn't bother me either between the smog and humidity here it can't be worse there. Honestly my major concern is the Hurricanes but I can get past that. I have a friend that lives in West Palm right near the ocean and she loves it.
