Sadie always wears a collar. We have issues with her running from me...she'll never come. And while she's always on a harness outside, she has escaped out the front door before, so I refuse to take any chances. When I'm not home, she stays in the bathroom, and there is nothing that she can get her collar hung on, so I don't have to worry about that. And when I am home with her, she's always in the same room as me.
