Yeaah, hold your breath! And the bill is for READING the x-ray. Never mind that the technologist lifts the patient, positions the patient, takes the film, develops the film and brings it all nice and shiney to the Radiologist who is sitting there drinking a cup of coffee. He looks at it, yup, broken. (no $hit Sherlock) and you get a bill!
