What part of no heat do you not understand? No hot tub. You will be in extreme pain. Wrap the ice, use it for 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off. Suck it up! It's a little ice and it will make it all better. And elevate it. You are trying to decrease the flow of blood to the foot. Where on you foot is the injury? Is it toe or instep or somewhere else?
