I know the large dual carrier will fit your two pups becasue (though it is still smaller than most large dog carriers), I can fit all three of my Yorkies in it (not the most comfortable for them, though), but I can fit Armani (4.2 lbs) and Bebe (4.5 lbs.) in it comfortably! And it is cute! It's the dual carrier in Large:
