I guess the in and out part is the hardest part of learning to wear contacts. I have long nails so it was really an adventure for me!
But I figured out a way to get them out with one try! My contacts at the Dr.'s office were $32 a box and that is for 3 pair and they last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks per pair. I take them out every night.
