Brandy has a odd shaped lump under the skin and darkened skin with decreased hair growth at the site of her rabies injection (back of her thigh). My vet did a biopsy and the results were "consistent with a reaction to rabies vaccine". He said it will most likely not go away and it's been at least 6 months and no sign of it going away.
