Okay..let me understand you...
You are the breeder of this litter, because you are the owner of the bitch...when stud owner has AKC remove limited regs, you will get a litter application with her studs info on it...YOU fill out your bitches info and send it to AKC..AKC sends the AKC litter regs back to YOU...you do not need the owner of the stud to sign anything on your puppies...but if she does not do remove limited regs, she will not get papers on her pick of the litter either...call her.
You can download a litter appilcation and take it to her...have her fill it out with you there... |
