With a rescue you usually know exactly what you are getting because they have been checked out so thoroughly. Don't really know what you mean by heartache.
The Yorkies seem to be very high in California (but isn't everything). El Paso (about 12 hours from San Diego) has a very depressed economy so you can get a purebred Yorkie from $400 and up. Also remember that once you buy a Yorkie you should have at least $500 in the bank for their routine vet care. |
