I think that's totally normal - it's probably just one of her puppy teeth falling out. An adult tooth should grow back in its place soon.
If she'll let you look in her mouth, you'll probably see that she's missing a few more - they normally just swallow them when they fall out - we never saw one of either of our two boys baby teeth, but they still managed to lose them all!
