I will say that when I do on occasion have puppies (which is not often) the prices range from 1000-2000 depending on each dog. All puppies I have produced are either Champion sired, or the males are working towards their championships currently. I only breed for myself (selfish I know..lol) and spare no expense with health and genetic testing on the puppies and their parents, socialization, top of the line foods and supplements, as well as LOVE. They start out from quality parents, and a lot of thought and research goes into planning each litter. It's hard to put a price on that.

I wish all breeders were like you. The breeders that pay no mind to genetics and breeding out errors are the ones responsible for making yorkies that don't look like they are supposed to. Even though every dog is precious, it is important to keep a yorkie a yorkie. That is what breed standards are for. It took me a long time to learn that buying a dog requires some self-education.
