I will try bitter apple, but he likes just about everything, I am afraid he could look forward to it. (he is a very manly yorkie at over 9lbs)
Boredom: Definite possibility. I walk him almost every day..long walks and runs, and he has a doggie door into a very interesting back yard with occassional cat, many birds to chase, plenty of toys. He is so attached to us that unless we are not there, it might be just a touch of separation anxiety.
Bitter apple will be on the menu soon.
