i am having this problem too..i am trying to be consistent..and i know he knows he shouldnt sit or lay there because he hops up when he sees me coming. He is testing me and i dont like it
i have him move and go to his bed and he does..then a few hours later he is sitting in the litter box comfy as can be. i even took it out and he sits on the pad...uuugh.
