What some breeders won't do for a dollar...$1400 for stud service, would buy the best champion in the country...I am glad you are giving her a pup instead..especially since you got NINE!!! LOL
Call the breeder and talk to her about where you stand. Is she waiting for her pup?..I can see her point in doing this..some people will refuse to give the pup back. Ask her at what age you are to give up the pup..how and where...get the facts now...she can not get her litter pick registered until she gives you the papers as the breeder of the litter to sign over to her..write it out and make her sign a agreement.
