Hmm, that's a tough one. Not sure how to get them to be quiet in that situation. Sounds like you're doing everything you can. If it's really interupting the household, I'd consider limiting his toy time to situations where making noise is OK. Or switching toys and seeing if there's one (hard rubber?) that he plays more quietly with. Sorry, I'm guessing again!
